Booking conditions

  • tDirect bookings to be confirmed via e-mail at [email protected].
  • You will then receive our confirmation via e-mail.
  • For individual guests cancellations must be carried out within and not over 24 hours of the date of service, via e-mail or by telephone +47 95 00 59 77.
  • All excursions may be varied or cancelled depending on the weather conditions.
  • For groups the payment has to be done 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For groups cancellation may result in a cancellation fee, depending on how long before the cancellation is notified.
  • For groups prices will be agreed on time by time, according to the number of participants and the type of excursion. This is so our activities can be tailored for a small number of participants, with particular requests and interests.
  • The agreed price will be re-confirmed by Lofoten Lights via e-mail before the excursion takes place.
  • All guide services are carried out by professional guides
  • You are not entitled to get any refund if:

    The cancellation is due to any event beyond our control such force majeure events (extreme weather conditions, harsh natural events) that lead to flight/boat cancellation or delays and when Lofoten Lights has no direct control or responsibility.

    We suggest you to have a travel insurance in addition to be purchased in your country.
